The doc said it was because I sat in front of the COMPUTER watching my darling Inuyasha the whole day that made my lower back ache, a.k.a. MUSCLE SPASM.
As cute as it may sound, IT IS ACTUALLY PAINFUL.
You have to keep totally straight, like STRAIGHT.

So, instead of watching the show on the computer, I switched to watching it on TV.
It rocks so much more. :D :D :D
